El Pibe Valderrama at the Queens Mall

The world cup 2014 is just around the corner, and verizon is hosting a series of shopping mall events for soccer fans. Last Saturday, May 10, En la escena and My life style magazine, attended the first event at the Queens Mall, where fans experienced an interactive soccer game in a stadium atmosphere. This event was very exiting for Colombia soccer fans because El Pibe Valderrama, former Colombia national team captain and major league soccer player, came to the mall to spend time with his fans and talk about the coming games in Brazil.

On the other hand, Verizon showcased some of its devices and gave some prizes to those who participated in the soccer game. Besides, soccer fans could called for 10 minutes internationally.

This was a great first event, where fans were very exiting about seeing El Pibe and getting ready for the world up.
